Hello everyone,
I have decided to post this forum to start a community for those who are applying to the ASN program at Perimeter for Spring 2024. I found that the threads for previous semesters were quite useful for information when it came to finding out what type of stats get people accepted there. I took the TEAS 6/12 and applied minutes later. I got an email 10 days later telling me that I have met the requirements to apply and that I would hear back no later than September 30th. I have been working up to this ever since I started school in 2021 and it is a great feeling to be in this process.

I submitted that I attended another institutions but they haven't reached out to me to request transcripts or anything like that. Should I reach out to them and ask if they need it? I do have all the transcripts. IDK what to do.
I say it wouldn't hurt, but I wouldn't know who exactly you are supposed to reach out to for that information. Hopefully someone in this thread will know.
I am very eager to get this email now. The other threads which were for Spring semesters all said they received their letters in late September.

I sent an email to the one we received after we applied. They replied back to me.
I feel the same way. I hope they send us an email sooner. I doubt I will get in, which is why I have also been working on plan B. I have accepted the truth and I have actually been making Plan B as Plan A. It is very competitive to get into the program. We all have the potential to succeed, but the availability is very limited.

Same, I don't think I'll get in at all. I've been looking at other schools LOL

I've not only been looking, but applying to those schools as well. I have experience in the medical field. Injections, blood drawns, Point of Care Testing and vital signs. I do feel like I could do Nursing. Patient documentation and chief complaint is something that now comes easy to me. I have three years of experience. I have been surrounded by Nurses and they like being nurses. I do feel like we all need to be given the chance. The medical field is very nice, a little stressful, but worth it.

Hi ! I only applied to Perimeter unfortunately. I have been taking 6 classes a semester for the past year , had no time for applying anywhere else.Do you mind sharing your stats?

I also only applied to Perimeter. Even though my stats are high, I know that it's never a good idea to not apply to more than one program. I was just so exhausted of the whole process by the time I was finished applying. On top of that, with most schools you have to apply first to the school itself and THEN apply to the nursing program, and different school also require different entry exams, and so on....

Sure,
GPA: 3.91
Science GPA: 3.90
TEAS: 78.
I know my TEAS score is low. I don't think that will qualify me to get in. I'm in the honors college as well but I don't think they look at that.

I was expecting my rejection email this morning. Now we can receive it any time. Either this week or the next one.

I personally do not think your stats is low.Even your TEAS ,especially if you did good on math and reading since they are focusing on that more .I got 79 on TEAS but my reading was 82 and math 94 with 3.6 core GPA and 4.0 science .I'm just hoping for the best
