I'm new to this site, and I love it!! So informative and makes me feel better to read about people who are in the same boat as me. Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many times you can take the TEAS? I have taken it twice. Didn't get in to the program the first time, so I took it again. Also, can you take it back to back, or do you have to wait a certain amount of time before you can take it again? I've heard people say you can take whenever you want and some say you have to wait 6 months....can't seem to find a clear answer. Thanks everyone!!

From what I heard you can take it 3 times within a two year period and you have to wait a month in between each time you take it. I think your best bet is to call the nursing department and ask though. Good luck!

I myself and several of my friends were transfers that had never even been to Gordon before, and I don't feel like they have made it hard on us in any way

When you took the Teas the second time, where the questions repeated? I am planning to retake mine to improve my scores.

Hello GordonGirl, I am applying to Gordon 2013 Spring Nursing program. I was wondering if when you submitted your paperwork, what did you have as an official acceptance letter. I am transfering as well, but I have not received an official acceptance letter from Gordon because I am finishing up my summer classes and they are awaiting my final transcript. So to anyone that transferred does the acceptance letter have to officially say you have been accepted to Gordon or can it be some of the paperwork that shows you have submitted all the other stuff and are just waiting on the final transcript? Hope I wasnt confrusing, but any answer would help, thanks.

I too applied as a transfer student to Gordon and received an official letter of acceptance. They sent notices before that when they had not received my transcripts and then again when the transcripts finally arrived.
I have loved reading all the support and encouragement students give each other. What a great support system.
