What would you want out of a tutor?

Hi all! I graduated in May and have been working as a nursing tutor at the college from where I graduated. I have tutored four people this semester, who all seemed satisfied. My main method was to bring my own notes from school, and use those to refer to when reviewing material that the students were weak in. Also, I have a CD of NCLEX type questions and I loaned that out to a couple students to use in order to study information further.

My question to current nursing students is if you needed a tutor, what would you want of him/her? Would you prefer question/answer? Case studies? Anything else you can think of that would help?

I want to be better at this for next semester, and be a better help to the students that need the assistance, and your input would be great!
