What's the difference? Some schools are NLNAC accredited and some are only CCNE accredited. Is one better than the other?

Just curious as to why you singled out UMDNJ Tridil2000? Some people do not go into nursing to impress the world of "academia", but to become registed nurses who work hard to improve the lives of their patients. I Made a comment on this thread a few years ago, decided to go to a school that was not accredited because they offered me a full scholarship. The school is in the process of NLNAC accreditation now. I am attending a BSN program that is CCNE and NLNAC accredited. People make the right choices for themselves, that is what I have discovered during my journey through nursing.

This is an old thread! Old enough that I have graduated from my NLNAC accredited ADN program and I'm looking into BSN programs. I am favoring Jacksonville U's online program BUT they are only CCNE accredited. Is that going to be a problem for me when I apply to graduate school for my NP? Should I be looking into an NLNAC accredited program?
