Calling Nursing Students with Chronic Fatigue

Hello - I thought I'd throw this out there . . .

I thought I'd use this forum as a starting point - I am a BScN student in Toronto, Canada who is looking to connect with other students who have CFS. I LOVE the nursing program at the UofT, btw.....

Currently I am away from my family, and am pretty much all by myself, struggling to get through the last year of my degree with little to no support.

I'm not really into starting a "support group" and doing advocacy type things - as much as I would love to, I just don't have the "umpfh" to do that. All I'm looking for is to perhaps assemble a small group of people for moral support and friendship.

I figure if I don't reach out I'll continue to be all alone.

Thanks!! :-)

You'll definitely not be alone. I'm here with you! :)

I'm due to graduate in December and I couldn't be happier about it. Like you, I have very little support where I am. The only family support I have is my 8 year old son, and while he is wonderful, he also requires so much of my time that it takes me even longer to accomplish my studying.

Glad you started this thread, I hope there are several of us to support each other!!
