I love working weekends!:) You can actually talk to and get to know your residents, and you don't have all of "them" to get in your way. I don't have split days off, waiting for my next weekend, I have two days off during the week, I am able to get rested and still have time to get things accomplished that can't be taken care of on weekends. But the best of all is the absence of "them."Administration et al. It just seems that things go better with out them! Could be that I am antiestablishment?
Anyone else not mind, or actually enjoy working weekends?
