Just curious, For those of you working day shift. How many hours of sleep do you get a night? I have a difficult time going to bed early. Used to work PM shift and could sleepin as long as I wanted. Hard making this transition. Are you early to bed, early to risers??? how much sleep dp you need to get thruogh the day?:zzzzz

6 to 8 hours a night. Anything less, and I am the walking dead....grumpy as anything too....:(

I have the same sort of problem... I'm a night person by nature and can't really get to bed earlier than 10 pm unless I'm really short on sleep... usually log 5-6 hours or so.

I do however believe in the school of thought that you "bank" sleep hours. I let myself sleep until my body wakes me up on my days off (unless I have something I need to get up for) and usually get 9-11 hours of sleep then.
