Salary Question

I am a student nurse, and I will be graduating in May 2002, this is my last year.

I have been talking with a recruit in Hannibal MO (which is where I would like to work after graduation, i grew up in the area).

She is offering me 15.83 an hour (the base is 15.33, but BSNs get an extra 50 cents per hour) with $1000 dollars tuition reimbursement, full company paid benefits, and a yearly bonus for each certification i complete. They are 8 hour shifts, plus paid call, and call backs are time and a half.

I really have no idea what graduate nurses make? Do you think this is reasonable?
