I am trying to find any information that I can regarding salaries, call pay, call back pay, retention bonuses, or any other benefits for experienced CVOR nurses in the state of North Carolina. We are very short staffed like most other hospitals and are curious about how we compare with other hospitals in and around the state. I would really appreciate any info. Also if anyone has recieved a retention bonus or knows of a hospital that participates in this, I would like info. on that too! Thanks.
