Please HELP!! New Clinical Nursing Coordinator for OBGYN Clinic!!

Hello, I need some help if possible. I have recently become a Clinical Coordinator for an OBGYN Clinic. I have my work cut out for me as the staff is not accepting of me Long before I walked through the door!! Not me personally but the whole idea of the position. Anyway, I am looking for anyone who might have any obgyn medical office forms that they can send my way. This office is SO disorganized and their budget is nil !! I want to impliment so many ideas for this office to operate better for everyone but honestly, the charts are so messed up!! We have residents seeing patients that rotate every 6 months!
