I am interestead about people who work in these type of healthcare facilities patient centreated, to talk with them about this concept. How in reality works? Is good is bad, how different it is comparing with regular ones. Is a private one, who pay for it?They love what they do, why? Please share with us much more information than I found on website:

I see it as a marketing tool with customer service 101 + a couple other things.

Those 'couple other things' include niceties and alternative/complementary therapies that can't always work, and can frustratingly divert attention/resources away from the focus of the patient's health.
