nursing student needs help

Hi everyone i am doing a huge project with a presentation and i dont know any nurses =(. I would go to a hospital but i dont want to bother people that are working. I am currently a nursing student and i am doing a project for one of my classes for the famous subject do nurses eat there young. I have read journal articles and have done a lot of research but i would love to hear about some real experiences from nurses that are working. I would really appreciate your help. I need a mixture of nurses with under 1 year experience and over 1 year experience. Thank you so much in advance =)

Graduate Nurse: Nurse with 1 year or less real time experience

Experienced Nurse: Nurse with more than 1 year real time experience

Experienced Nurses: How do you feel about new graduate nurses?

5. Are you aware of any situations where a graduate nurse has been treated differently? If so please explain.

6. Have you seen graduate nurses leave shortly after arriving to a new facility? If so what do you think was the reason?
