Does anyone know of any websites that have example nursing diagnoses? Also, if any, which books, etc.

Here are three:

NANDA: Nursing Diagnoses: Definition and classification

NIC: Nursing Intervention Classification

NOC: Nursing Outcome classification.

These are the most complete books for Nursing Language, and are the standardized frame for all nursing diag.

I can provide ISBN numbers if you cant find them from this.

I recommend them highly.

allnurses.com has links to websites with careplans. Also, it helps to do a search for "careplans" on Yahoo. This is how I found all of mine.
