I need to interview a risk manager for a project for school. Would anyone be so willing to answer a few quick questions for me? I would greatly appreciate it. Here they are:

1. What is your job description and area of responsibility?

2. What is the greatest challenge of being a risk manager?

3. How do you participate in Quality Assurance/Improvement?

4. What is your responsibility when it comes to documenting?

5. What has been your experience with accreditation processes?

6. What is your leadership style and how does it contribute to staff interaction?

Job description is general, the scope of your practice.

Area of responsibilities means your role or the degree or extent of your job that you need to do

Participating in Quality assurance by means of consulation and documentation of the area you are studying

Your responsibility in documentation is the information you gathered are real and you have the purpose and u like to achieve.

Accreditation process: people are certified by the training organisation to be able to give accreditation

Leadership style: should create friendly environemnt with limitation by means of authority. Mingle with them and offer yourself that u r available for suggestions and help them with their work, have an afternoon tea with them or go out once a month.Give them training and free courses

The greatest challenge of being a risk manager is depend upon the experienced and the knowledge of the manager in hazards/risk in area

Thanks for your response. But I need answers from a risk manager rather than definitions, if that makes sense. I understand what areas of responsibilites and participation in QA mean. I just need a risk manager to tell me specifics about their job.
