I work in a dialysis unit...have for over 6 years, same boss. She is NEVER there, we have lost 3 employees recently, she has not replaced them. She won't return calls, and many other issues.
Should I get ahold of her immediate supervisor and request a meeting with our staff? We are truly sick of it...and it may be the only option. Or should we call the company hot line and "blow the whistle" so to speak...however, keep in mind there are only 5 employees...wouldn't be too hard to figure out, would it?
