dual profesion?????

is there anyone out there who is a nurse and social worker by profession? i would like to share expriences on how this is perceived in other countries, i am an african who holds a bachelor's degree in social work and i am a regisrered nurse with midwifery.dual professionalism has assisted me in dealing with a lot of patients and families needing counselling or having psychosocial problems. however, it has its own ups and downs: confusion:

There are many times when I feel like a social worker, but no, I'm not one by profession. I often wish I knew all the resources and agencies that the social workers seem to know. I've gradually picked up on where to refer people who need help I can't give them, but it seems like the SWs know twice as many resources.
