hi i'm a staff nurse within a community hospital at present we are trying to devise a drug kardex suitable for use within the acute sector and community, community hospital setting
problem 1. most patients at present in the community are only receiving one to three medicines on their drug kardex, and the kardex has to last several months due to time consuming waits for doctors to sign new kardex
problem 2.these kardex's are to large ,and do not contain enough information on them to work in the acute sector and community hospital setting
anyone working within community setting have any ideas, we may have one ourselves but the more ideas the better quality of service
