clinical portfolio

I am writing a clinical portfolio as part of a postgraduate certificate that I am currently doing. The portfolio is a critical reflection on both my practice as a nurse and the development of my knowledge, skills and attitudes. Can anyone advise me if any clinical portfolios are available to read on the web? I would love to be inspired by other nurses professional portfolios. I love this website for all its diversity of individuals and subject matter. You are all fantastic.
