I am in the same exact boat! I have done my research and learned that both are really good schools. I am more than likely going to go with Frontier due to the longer intensive that they provide before starting the clinical portion of the program. I believe either school is a good option but I am still giving myself a few days to make a decision.

Hi!
I was accepted into Frontier's WHNP program for October 2025 and recently applied to the University of South Alabama. I'm having a hard time deciding which program I should enroll in, if accepted into USA.
I am looking for the best option with regard to affordability, structure and preparation in clinicals and as a provider. I like how Frontier's program has the first year of didactic and the second year as clinicals only. I do also feel like they may be better for women's health. However, I like how USA has the option of doing a subspecialty such as SANE nursing and their connection to residency/fellowship programs after graduation. I'm torn between both and need advice on which program may be better for my long term goal as a Women's Health NP.
