FQHC Lab Coordinator

Hi, I recently was given the lab coordinator at a FQHC organization, it's new position within the organization. I have a couple of questions in regards to CLIA waived testing... does anyone one know if the organization is required to keep logs of CLIA testing of patients?

    Hello, I work for a FQHC. At my clinic logs are not required to be kept on patients, but QC checks and logs are required daily, on machines. Let me know if you have any other questions.
