which forum for service coordinator/UM review nursing?

HI all, I'm having trouble figuring out which forum to post questions re: to service coordinator or UM nursing.. I will be starting a full time position shortly with an insurance company and have a lot of questions, also I'm looking to read up on medicaid and other resources..thank you
