FNP or WCHNP and Part time work?

So I just started a WCHNP program but am anxious about potential career options and have been considering transferring to the FNP program. I have a family and love my hours as a RN (1500-2300) but In just looking for future employment it seems like most NP jobs are day shifts and full time. I want to further my career but I also want to be active in my kids life. I can’t seem to find positions that have a variety of hours.

I would love to hear if you know of any different NP roles that are in a part time setting as well as in a non clinic role. Also, what are your thoughts regarding FNP vs WCHNP. It seems like the availability of WCHNP jobs are few.
