Fluid&Electrolytes Made Easy, Worth it?

Hey everyone,

Right now in my some of my courses we are focusing on fluid and electrolytes and acid/base balance. One of our professors suggested purchasing the F&E Made Easy, just wondering if any of you have this and felt it was worth the buy? it's about $33 on amazon prime (or $40ish to preorder the new edition), which isn't too much but since I already shelled out hundreds of dollars on books this semester (in addition to paying tuition..) every penny really counts right now. If it's worth it I'll gladly spend the extra money but I don't want to waste my time buying another book that will sit unopened on my book shelf. Any advice is appreciated :) thanks!

go to amazon and try to buy a used one. The info does not change much. Consider going in with another student and sharing the book. It is really helpful, but your text probably has what you need.

I did find a used one for $20ish with shipping which I didn't think sounded too bad. We have a chapter on the material in both our pathophysiology and fundamentals textbooks. The patho chapter is a bit dense and dry, hard to follow, fortunately the fundamentals is easier. I'm not drowning in the material, I actually don't find it as difficult as I thought I would. With that being said I know how exams can blind side you despite reading the chapters and going over the concepts multiple times, so I just want to make sure I really understand this and have it down.
