FL IPN restrictions????

Published

I got into a fight with my ex-husband got upset and had too much to drink. My mom got worried and asked me to go into treatment. I’ve never gotten In trouble at work, never showed up to work on a substance.  I was told that I would have to be reported to IPN because it’s mandatory by state that I was at a treatment facility. I did inpatient for two weeks and now doing IOP for 12 weeks. No one is telling me anything it’s like you’re kept in the dark. Rumors I have found online is that I can’t go to school I can’t work any overtime I’m a throw the IPN is astronomical. You’re not allowed to work night shift. I don’t know what’s true or not true and it makes me wonder as well what other restrictions am I going to have to face. what restrictions, rules, limitations etc… have  others had to abide by?

Who told you it would be reported?

Unless it came from a reputable source I would not voluntarily report myself. Even if you trust what this person is saying I would check with a lawyer first. IPN is no joke. It's a lot of money and a lot of time. On top of that, if your treatment center was not on their approved list there's a chance you would have to go back to another treatment center.
