Hello All Nurses,
My issue started from my CNA days, back in 2018. I was in IPN and ended up upgrading my license to PN. and it carried over. I have been having issues, not because I test positive. (haven't tested positive since 2018) but they way I've been treated. Like literal ***, and there is no one to escalate it to... Anyways, I stopped IPN because mentally, I couldn't deal with them anymore and received a board order on my PN license (because this originally started on my CNA license). They gave a settlement agreement option for 6 months and a fine I'd have to pay in 1 year, which I will gladly take, even if its stays on my license, its better than going back to that forsaken program.
Unfortunately now, my settlement has been agreed on and my probation started (with the dates for 3 month check in dates) but I can not get in contact with my case manager! I was told that they are going to audit my situation and they gave me a supervisor to call, which doesnt pick up either. Ending with IPN, my license has a status of Vol. Withdrawl, but since probation, I can not get in contact with anyone to change the status so I can start working.
Has anyone been in a situation similar like mines? Did they retract the settlement agreement and put you back into the program? Literally going insane.. Its been 6m since working and I'm struggling here...
