Excited to start working as New-Grad RN

Hi there guys. So I am finally starting work as a new-grad RN at Kaiser. I will be on a Med-Surg/Oncology floor. Not my ideal job, but it is a start in this tough economy. The job is call-in but I will get 6-8 weeks training on the floor. Does any one have any suggestion or advice for a new-grad on my first RN job!
