First time home buyer program discounts for healthcare workers

Hello, does anyone know of any current assistance programs that help healthcare workers buy a house?

I have done some research and came across Every day heroes, down payment plus, and nurse next door. I was wondering if anyone has used these services. I also know of rural or urban areas that will pay up to 50%of the house to show the neighborhood is coming around or becoming better. I have also seen if purchasing a fixer upper they will pay for the repairs and you may see the money after closing. Please let me know if anyone has used these services and how it went.
