first test in second semester

I just started second semester of nursing school and got a 71 on my first teat. It hit me like a ton of bricks and more so because seems like everyone got B's and we where told this was the easier of the test. I started first semester with a test score of 72 but somehow then it didn't effect me as bad as this one did. In first semester it was almost expected but now in second semester I am in such a panic with this 71. I am going out of my skin and again more so because everyone seems to have managed a B on this one. I Feel scared and feel I am not going to make it.. I sometimes get lost in what I should be studying. Our teacher does not provide power points in lecture we just take notes. I just want this sooo bad that this 71 really rattled my world to the point where it effected me physically. . Major headache and just feel depressed.. any advice?? anyone relate?? Anyone start second semester this way??? Any advice is greatly appreciated. .
