I start work tomorrow at LTACH! My first american job :)
I have lived here for 19 months but had to wait to get real work here. In that time I did care for my friends parents and another friends child who is very ill and still will do that. It kept some of my nursing skills fresh and it was so different from my nursing background but I enjoyed very much. I have experienced in emergency and trauma in two other countries. This will be different and I am hopeful. Wish me luck please and thank you ^_^
