First Interview and freaking out!!! Just need encouragment

I had a phone interview Monday that went well and she said she would call later this week to schedule the 5 manager panel interview for 6/28, which was 1 week away. I recieved a call from her assistant today saying that the only day they have for interviews is THIS THURSDAY!!!! I am so not prepared and am starting to freak:eek:. I NEED THIS JOB, WANT THIS JOB, HAVE TO HAVE THIS JOB!!!!!!!! I am an internal candidate that has been employed with them for 4 years in another department and everyone keeps telling me "Oh you have it in the bag" but I just do not feel that way!!!! I think that is setting myself up for failure and this really is my dream job. It is a new grad program, night shift on med/surg at the hospital of my dreams! I just need some encouragment and words of advice if anyone has any......

You'll do fine. I think it is true that your strong point is that you are an internal candidate. If I were you, I would bring up the fact how much you continue to love working at that facility and would like to continue to grow/flourish within. Dress appropriately and practice polishing up your interview skills. Just google or use the search function here for interview questions. It really helped me with my interview. Good luck :-)
