Finnish RN moving to the U.S

Hi, 

I am a Finnish RN with a Finnish BSN, I graduated in 2021 and have 3 years of work experience in the Finnish hospital as a Med Surg. I have applied for the state of New York in order to get the permission for sitting for NCLEX and then getting RN licensure. My question is that, is any one with the same situation, know that after getting the RN licensure how long would take to apply for (EB3 GC) from Finland? Does it take really about 3 years?

Does any one have experience with H1B visa and processing time from Finland? 

 I really appreciate your help.
