Financial aid at USD MEPN

I went to an undergrad college that guaranteed to meet 100% of your need. If you have a low EFC, does USD expect you to borrow everything, or do they give grants/scholarships? Does anyone have experience with their financial aid? How generous are they?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think 2nd degree (beyond bachelors?) don't qualify for most financial aid like grants and scholarships. You might qualify for an unsubsidized federal loan if you have a low EFC.

It really depends on how generous each school's financial aid is. That's what I'm trying to ascertain. I'm not referring to federal programs like Pell grants.
