FCCJ Fall '09???

I'm IN!!!!! Just got my packet!!! Woohoo!!!! My letter is dated 7/23. Orientation is 8/17 (which is the Monday AFTER our vacation! Yay!). I had 199 points. I am SOOOOOOO psyched!!!!

If anyone finds out what the points cutoff is for outside counties or know someone's points that got in please post it on here, I won't get my letter until at least Monday and Im goin crazy!!

By the way I am in Nassau, I had 204 points.

So, the rest of us will be biting nails and wishing tomorrow and Monday until the mailman arrives would go super fast. You all know that it will drag like time has slowed to a snail's pace!!! I am in Clay and I see no one from out of county has posted getting any letters. Bummer!

I live in Clay county and had either 213 or 208 depending on if they took my second year as an EMT or not.

Quick question....It says july 30th to accept, do we have to call on that date or anytime before that?

and...for uniforms it says to have them before the start of class, but the order form for meridy's says:

order/payment deadlin: Aug 18th

approximate order ship date: Sept 15th

in uniform date: sept 29th

any idea what this all means?

Congrats everyone! My mailman decided to be a no show today. All my neighbors say that he didn't come by, and the later it gets the more I think that he's not coming. Go figure!

I think somone posted that orientation was 8:30-4

I didnt get my letter yet but I hope I will join all of you soon!! Junebug if you are right about getting 213 points and living in Clay I should be in since I applied with 216 points!! I just cant wait to get my letter to confirm! I hope Im in and will get to meet all of you guys soon!

You won't have clinicals until the 8th week. You don't need uniforms before then. The "deadline"s were established by meridy's so that you wouldn't complain about the wait from the date you ordered your uniforms online and the date you actually get it.

The Student Nurses Assn will have boxes of free uniforms passed down from the most recent graduating class, so if you are tight on money, don't buy your uniforms until you see if you can get a free one or not.
