Just applied to Drexel University RN to BSN. Long term goal, FMHNP. Was dissapointed to see the bridge program requires a 3.0 in all prior schooling. I had a 2.9 because I dropped a class many yrs ago, without properly withdrawing. On the website it states 3.0, no exceptions! Anyone have any experience with this schools admissions process? Im excited but it looks like it will be expensive the route I may have to go.... Students, your GPA matters!

My RN...I truly can't say for certain what it was but it may have been about 2.9. Nursing school was a difficult time in my life...no support and 4 kids. Anyway....I'm in Drexel's NP now. I didn't do my RN-BSN at drexel but at an online school.

Thank you for your reply. And great job on that 3.85 GPA... I too had a difficult time during RN school, ad never worried about my GPA as the thought processs was C=RN. And although that was the truth, its making it a bit more difficult to be a NP. Good luck to you as you pursue your Psych NP. I can't wait.
