So how do these nursing and respiratory programs work? Do they only start in the fall and then you have to wait for another year if you don't get in or are there classes in spring as well?
You would have to check at the specific school that you're interested in. It varies greatly from state to state. My BSN program accepts students for fall and spring semesters, but again, that's in Rhode Island.
At my school the RN and RT programs start Fall Term only. If you are not accepted then you must re-apply the following year. I am at a community college; it really just depends on the specific school.
