Failure to disclose an arrest/Penalized

Hey guys!

Question..

So I failed to disclose an arrest( disorderly conduct; 10yrs ago) to the NJ board of nursing before I took the NCLEX. I was asked about this and explained why I failed to disclose this arrest. I was able to take the NCLEX and passed. Now they sent me a $500 penalty for failure to disclose an arrest. ?

My question is, has anyone ever in this situation or know of anyone. Please I need some advice. Would they be able to issue my license after I pay the fine?
