Failing A&P1 so frustrated :(

I am currently taking A&P1 but have a 60.51 in the class, I have fail two lecture exams so far one a 50% the other 46% and have failed a lab exam with a 52. We are only a month in but I am feeling so discouraged. ? I try my hardest to set time aside to study but I work full time and take care of my two siblings that live with me so it has been difficult.. the lecture exams are worth 400 points all together and the lab exams are worth 250. There are 1100 points possible.

I really don’t want to withdraw from it but we only have two lecture exams, 4 lab exams, I have done well with Bs on my quizzes that are worth up to 110 points all together and the final (worth 50) left. Should I withdraw or stick it out? Just feeling so discounted right now.. ?
