Failed WestCoast hesi 3 times

I was told that I'm no longer able to attend Westcoast university in north Hollywood or anywhere because if failed the test for the third time by 1%! But nobody told me upon admission that you only have 3 attempts to get in? I wasn't studying or serious when I took the test but now that I'm done with my prereqs and have my lVN license I wanted to give it another shot. One of the ladies in admission told me to get married (so to last name is changed) and to try to start all over but.. Wouldn't they know it's me? What type of advice is that anyways??? Does anybody know what I can do to get in? Maybe I could talk to a higher up to give me 1 last chance to try again? I'm at a stand still here >_
