Failed my Psych-tech State exam for the 3 time :(

I just failed my Psych-tech State exam for the third time and I'm beyond disappointed in myself. I've used the Mt Sac Psych-tech Review practice questions online as well as the San Bernardino book to study effectively yet I'm still failing. Also, I've study with the Nclex PN mastery app and watched YouTube videos to help with my studies. Idk what I'm doing wrong but I'm not going to give up. I know that God haven't abandoned me and he will give me my victory.

240 questions. It's 100% score for each content area so they don't tell u if u need a minimum of 60% to pass each section.

Sorry to hear that. Please don't give up. I posted free apps that will help prepare you to study for the boards. If you want back up to be sure, I recommend downloading NCLEX PN Mastery by Higher Learning Technologies inc. It requires u to pay but it's worth it. I've seen some of their questions on the board.

For those who need to retest for the CAPT psych tech.  Have any study tips that made the difference to pass on the second try?

What helped me the most was familiarizing myself with the content that is outlined by the state board, and practicing answering questions every day (on the apps I posted). I also recommend watching videos. The new version of the NCLEX PN Mastery by Higher Learning Technologies is no longer recommended because they asked for more than 1 answer for each question. It may work for u, but it threw me off and made it harder for me to study.
