smoked marijuana like an idiot didn't realize my contract had started. Had a dirty urine and sent letter explaining how urine was dirty. Told the truth that I had relapsed and smoked for a whole month now waiting for over a week for decision to be made, they sent to legal.
does anyone know if I would get my license suspended or would I be extended in program. Scared Out Of My Mind urines are clean now. Working A Twelve Step Program. Thank God

I am in PNAP also. Have a year in. If your contract had started and you failed a drug test from smoking MJ chances are they will suspend your license. According to my contract, suspension will be immediately placed if I violate my contract. Smoking MJ would be a major violation.
But nobody can answer you for certain. Only PNAP and the BON can answer your question.
Glad you are now working a 12 step program. Good luck.

Only your program director or BON can answer those questions.
At least you were honest about it. Trying to blow smoke in their faces (pun not intended) with excuses would have only made things worse for you.
Best of luck with both the BON and more importantly, your recovery.

I also failed a drug test while working for an agency. They told me that they had to report me, and i was terminated. How long do you think I can work before the board contacts me?
