what to expect on HESI #2

Hello fellow readers! I attempted my 1st HESI yesterday an made 870, (our school requires 900). Close but not passing:o. I am moving on and intend to pass HESI II . My next exam is March 28, which is a good amount of time to study up for this craziness! My question to any HESI retakers out there is if you noticed the same topics on the following exams. My professor suggested I concentrate on those I missed and this makes me wonder if HESI will bring these types of questions again. I know these are not individualized exams (and correct me if I am mistaken). I figure we did version I and now they will give us version II. I want to know if the content is the same..for example I had questions on UAP delegance, will the next HESI continue bringing this up, which by the way I missed? I hope when I am done with this, I can help future students. We need to stick together and help each other out. Thanks for any input.

I have not taken the first HESI exam yet, take that in a few weeks. Did you study the HESI-NCLEX-RN book with the CD? Did the CD and book seem to help a little? Good luck on your second attempt.

Yes I used the HESI book, but not the cd. I did not read the book from cover to cover and I will do that this next time. I am also going to incorporate questions from the NCLEX 3500, which has helped me in my previous HESI exams. I am also going to take breaks atleast every 45 min, the more refreshed and relaxed we are, the better the concentration. Most importantly, lean on God, who will take us through this.
