Everest College vs. El Centro

Please help. I currently started an ADN program at Everest. (just approved thru TBON). The school is nationally accredited therefore I was concerned about transfer for my RN to BSN. Most Universities/colleges are regionally accredited. Found out thru Everest that UT Tyler will accept the transfer but not sure about others because of accreditation. I also just got accepted to El Centro fof there spring 2013 class. I know that El Centro is accepted by pretty much all colleges as it is a community college. The cost is significantly lower than Everest. However, I transferred in 38 credits to Everest and only have about 3 classes a semester at 435/credit hr. My question is should I leave Everest and go to El Centro? El Centro was where I had initially wanted to go and just got accepted yesterday as I was an alternate. I do love my Nursing Director at Everest but I know at El Centro I won't be limited on my transfer opportunities. Thanks
