HEADS UP!!

Do not go to st.mary's. Staff nurses are leaving like crazy. Their management is absolutely insane. Especially in ICU. I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy. I worked there for a while and would never go back.

I loved St Mary's. I met several amazing nurses, great teamwork & they welcomed travelers. I was on a tele unit & it may have only been that unit but they were GREAT. You work hard for your money but what tele floor doesn't. I miss the ppl there...Good luck :)

I work in Carbondale, IL a short drive from Evansville. How is it in St Mary's?

I am currently at ST.Marys and I like it. I have extended 2 times and my contract ends Nov 9 :) so I have been here since March and so far has had no issues. I work on a medical surgical/post surgical/trauma unit. Honestly most of the original staff has left the floor :/ and there is a lot of new nurses working there. Im used to hard work so that floor has been less stressful for me believe it or not.
