I have actually been taking Estrostep since I was 18 (25 now) - though I went on Depo for about 9 months a couple years ago, which I hated. The Estrostep has given me no problems; it is supposedly pretty low dose, and it's supposed to help clear up your skin, too. I still have break-outs around my period, though. I was thinking of going with Nuva Ring because I've heard a lot of the girls at work say they really like it, and I've started nights now, so I don't always take the pill at the same time of day now.
But, yeah, Estrostep made me have HA's and nausea the first two weeks or so when I started it, but those side effects passed eventually once my body got used to it.

Is anyone on or ever been on Estrostep for birth control? What were your experiences taking it?
I have never heard of it until my doctor prescribed it to me today. I read up on it online, but I would like to know if any of you have ever been on it.
Is it a new drug?
