ER CORE COMPENTENCY

I am currenty working on an emergency room core compentency to classify our nurses as novice, advanced beginner, competent, proficient, and expert. Is there anyone who works in an er that uses this type of system? If so i would love to hear your ideas about it. :D

    Interesting. Just getting a license means you are competent to some degree. What it I am novice on one procedure but expert on another? Or are you just intending to label the tasks, not the person?
