Hey all, I am planning to relocate from New York to Texas and I am currently having an offer for an RN position with Epic Healthcare Services. I would like to know if there is anyone that worked with Epic healthcare Services in Texas, more preferably in Dallas or San Angelo. Thank you in advance.

I haven't worked with Epic in that area but I have worked with Epic before & they are THE WORST PDN/HH company I have EVER worked for before!

Where I live (compared to where the company is located) is over an hour away. I was working night shift then would get out & go to class. At the time they told me I could mail in my notes then they would mail be back the notes if there were any corrections that were needed. Welllllll needless to say, they would call me incessantly telling me to come in for corrections.

Then they put up ads up for jobs that aren't there.

Lastly, I have done PDN for as long as I have been a nurse (3 years). I went to re-apply with Epic. I filled out alllll the paper work, did alllll the tests & had an interview. Then 2 hours later they determined I don't have "enough experience" & to come back "6 months to a year later after I get more experience".

I have done LTC, corrections & PDN. Epic is by far the worst company I have ever worked for & I warn every nurse NOT to work for them!
