Entry level MSN: DePaul University Vs Georgetown University Vs Seattle University

Published

Hello,

I want to go into nursing and am considering the program at DePaul University. Is this a good program? I am a non-nursing student and want to get into an entry level masters program.

There is another program at George Washington University that I am also interested in but taking the prerequisites would cost me more money and time to complete so I was considering DePaul instead. I have heard that the program at George Washington University is very good, but it is also expensive so I was looking into alternative options.

Since the pre-requisites of DePaul are not as rigorous and will not prepare me for the nursing profession as I would like.

If someone wants to recommend another entry level masters programs, I should consider please let me know.

There is also the DNP Program at Seattle State University for non-nurses which I am also considering.

As far as pre-requisites I am currently taking A/P 1 and Microbio. I have also taken developmental psychology and (a ton of chemistry courses).

As for background got my undergrad degree in chemistry and a minor in Psychology. Thank for the advice.
