Endorsment to CA; Galen College in Texas

I'm looking at few places to go to school for the LVN to RN bridge program. I was currently in the Excelsior college program and finished a few test. My wife and I decided that we really needed a change from Texas and some adventure so decided our next stop would be in CA. However, as most know, California Board of Nursing does not and will not except graduates from this school to practice as an RN. So one of the schools I'm looking at is Galen. I do have all my classes except the core nursing classes and clinical hours for the program, so it should be considerably cheaper for me. I was wonders if anyone has gone to Galen in Texas, passes their NCLEX and got their endorsement in California. I have searched for 5 days straight and called brn several time. I'm just having a tough time getting any answers.
