Endorsement To Florida

Does anyone knows why it's the endorsement to Florida State so hard to obtain? This guys have been putting obstacles on my way for 7 months! And they are the worst paid state for nurses in America!

I moved from PA to Florida about 13 years ago. I had my PA license, so I to was going for endorsement. Don't know how it is now, but then the paper work was enough to make you kill somebody, page after page..... I already had a job down here and had to work as a CNA while my endorsement went through. I called the Florida board of nursing EVERY day, and I guess they got sick of me, I had it within a month. I know what you are dealing with, but 7 months is extremely excessive, there is no reason it should take that long. Call the board, and KEEP calling, and speak to an actual person, not voice mail. I had no choice to work as a CNA, I needed income, and of course, they with held my first check, and getting paid every 2 weeks sucked! I had no money for a month. I lived off Ramen noodles, to this day I CANNOT look at them. Good luck! Keep calling, and keep us posted.
