Hello, I went to a school in Florida, called Carleen Health Institute, I did most of my theory online, submitted paperwork for my mental health and geriatric clinicals, from the hours I work at my full-time job as an LVN, as for MedSurg, OB, Pedi, The only experience I have was the one I received from my LVN program in Texas. Here is some background story. A year after completing my LVN program, I am met Someone who stated that instead of redoing my science classes that had already expired, I can go ahead and apply to different schools that I would attend virtually in Florida that’ll take all my credits that I already had expired and all. I did so during Covid. Unfortunately for me as stated above I was unable to do MedSurg, obstetrics, and pediatrics, due to the school canceling those clinicals(which I was suppose to travel to fl for 4 weeks straight for ) with the excuse that most facilities wouldn’t allow students to do clinicals during Covid. So we did the simulation via zoom, where the instructor shows us how to do skills on camera and checked us off when we demonstrated back; Fast-forward to graduating and passing NCLEX, I try to endorse my license from Florida to Texas, but the Texas Board Send me an educational questioning before they would be able to endorse my license. Unfortunately for me after much research it seemed the school in Florida only mets the minimum requirements it takes to get a RN in Florida. This means there is a high possibility that I do not meet the educational requirements for Texas, and could possibly be denied endorsement over to Texas. I need some help as to what I need to do or what I need to research or what I need to sign up for in order to get all my needed hours for Texas requirement clinical wise and possibly theory but most importantly clinical wise is the biggest thing
